Path to Full Citizenship: Manitoba Legislature Ramp The challenge in this project was to blend new construction of a universal access ramp in a manner that did not detract from the existing architecture of the Manitoba Legislative Building; a National Heritage Site. It was a natural choice for JEDS to be awarded this government contract given our core strength in historical renovation. Our team completed the following work, on time, on budget. Summary of work completed: concrete works, installation of piles, grade beams, retaining walls, tyndall stone installation, heat trace system, surface lighting fixtures, landscaping, railings, zinc-clad steel canopy and all associated mechanical and electrical works. |
